BIANNUAL CYCLES
For the learning to be meaningful, relevant and sustainable it must be the product of every participant’s own conclusions and mental processes. The program provides all participants the opportunity to cover the learning topics using multiple formats.
A - SUBSTANTIAL GROWTH - This first iteration of the training is the most substantial mode for growing in professional development, offering a multitude of advantages in today's dynamic work environment. Promoting agility and adaptability, enabling professionals to quickly acquire the mindset, skills and knowledge essential for staying relevant in rapidly evolving organizations. Enhancing in the shortest time possible the individual's traits that will benefit them and their agencies.
B - PERFECTING ITERATION - A second iteration in which participants revisit the topics with a focus on sharpening their skills, fine-tuning their abilities, and elevating their value. This second iteration allows participants to build on their foundational knowledge and expertise. They gain a more profound understanding and mastery of the topics, resulting in a higher level of competency and confidence in applying their skills.
Both iterations combine together for a strong mindset shift. Focusing on building a strong FOUNDATION first and then PERFECTING the participant’s understanding of human behavior for professional advancement; resulting in elevating the participants' value in their professional roles, ultimately benefiting both individuals and their agencies.
ALL YEAR-ROUND REGISTRATION
This program offers the possibility to register all year round. This means that you can start the training and transformation of your career in any month without having to wait until the registrations are open only during a few weeks of the year, like traditional programs do; and ensure you start your journey to becoming an exceptionally insightful individual at any time.
This has been a definite help for our participants to never be left out of the opportunity to develop critical skills, enhance their career trajectory, and thrive in the Federal Sector.

DESIGN OF COHORTS
There are at least 3 cohorts to choose from for your convenience:
TA: Thursday Afternoon from 2 to 4 PM
FM: Friday Morning from 10 AM to 12 noon
FA: Friday Afternoon from 2 to 4 PM
And more cohort schedules can be open for registration as requested.
Every cohort has 10 to 15 participants, and it can be used for a Multi-Agency blended group or Agency-specific if needed.
